Throughout the career of any sports professional, continuous training to improve and enhance their specific skills and grow their talent is necessary. But leading the internal game becomes the most challenging and tricky part. Many athletes have been trying to use different mental approaches, tools, techniques, or exercises to improve their state-of-mind. But none of them worked consistently: Visualizing techniques one day wouldn’t make it the next; breathing or meditating before the game dissipates when the game is about to start.
